Speaking, Training and Workshops

I am an international speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator. My background is hands-on: I build with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI agents, and that is what I bring to a stage or a training room.

The interesting questions are rarely about what a technology can do. They are about where it creates value, when to use it, and what it takes for people to actually adopt it. My aim is to leave an audience able to make those calls in their own work, whether or not they are technical.

I am a Microsoft MVP in Business Applications. I have spoken at panel sessions at Microsoft Ignite and the Microsoft Power Platform Conference, and spoken at Community Summit North America, DynamicsCon LIVE and Microsoft Reactor, alongside technical conferences, community events, user groups and online sessions.

What I Speak About

Four areas, each available as a talk, a panel contribution, a workshop or a training session.

Artificial intelligence in the workplace

Most organisations are past the question of whether AI matters and into the harder question of what to actually do with it. I cover Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and the broader AI tool landscape, AI agents and Copilot Studio, and choosing the right AI tools for different workplace scenarios. Underneath all of it sits AI adoption and responsible use: what the tools do well, where they do not yet help, and what good judgement looks like when real people and real data are involved.

Microsoft business applications and automation

I speak and train on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform, covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and Dataverse. The sessions look at business process automation and at the parts that decide whether a solution survives its first year: security, governance, maintainability and adoption.

Digital transformation and the future of work

Sessions for audiences thinking beyond a single tool, about how work itself is changing, what that asks of people and processes, and how organisations keep the human side of the change in view while the technology moves quickly.

Technology careers, learning and community

Sessions on professional growth in technology, building and sustaining technical communities, and the confidence questions that follow experienced practitioners through their careers. These suit conference tracks on careers and inclusion, leadership programmes, internal networks and community events.

Session Formats

Keynotes and conference sessions

Conference keynotes and breakout sessions, technical or business-facing depending on the audience.

Panels and moderation

Panel contributions and moderation on AI adoption, business applications, inclusion and technology careers.

Online sessions and webinars

Remote delivery for international audiences, user groups and internal events.

Hands-on workshops

Half-day or full-day practical workshops where people build something themselves, in person or remotely.

Training programmes

Structured training pitched separately at end users, makers and administrators, because each group needs something different.

Internal corporate sessions

Lunch and learn sessions, enablement days, bootcamps and internal community sessions.
